1. Introduction

Welcome to KENYDEALS (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website kenydeals.shop and any related services (collectively, the “Site”). By visiting or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Site.

2. Definitions

“Customer” / “you” – any person or entity placing an order on the Site.
“Business Day” – Monday to Friday, excluding Kenyan public holidays.
“Products” – goods listed for sale on the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this Site.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue Products at any time without notice.

5. Ordering Process

Add desired Products to your cart.
Provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
Choose a payment method (see section 6).
Confirm your order. You will receive an order-confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

6. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide.
Full payment becomes due upon delivery for COD orders,

7. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: 1–2 Business Days.
Delivery time within Nairobi: 1-3 Business Days after dispatch.
Rest of Kenya: 2-5 Business Days.
You will receive a tracking number (waybill) once the order ships.
Delays caused by courier services, weather, or force majeure are outside our control.

8. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange Products within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 Business Days of receipt at our warehouse.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, opened personal-care items, perishables, and customized goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

10. Warranty

Some Products carry a manufacturer’s warranty (details shown on the product page). Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is owned by KENYDEALS or its licensors and protected under Kenyan and international law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content worldwide.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KENYDEALS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or Products purchased.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KENYDEALS, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemic, or governmental restrictions.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts. Before litigation, we encourage amicable resolution through mediation.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
